Registration is now open for he 2026 Assembly of the Allegheny Synod, which will be held in person Saturday, June 20, 2024, from 8:30am to 4:30pm at the Blair County Convention Center . The theme is “God is Doing a New Thing”. We ask that you please thoroughly read the Synod Assembly event information and registration material prior to using the online registration link below. For immediate release HOLLIDAYSBURG, Pa. -- The Rev. Kevin T. Shock will be installed as bishop of the Allegheny Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) Saturday, Feb. 7.
